About the position We are looking for full-time Young Person's Advisors to join our growing Care Leaver Service. Posts available are: x1 Full-Time Permanent and x2 Full-Time Temporary Until November 2026. This is a really rewarding job where you will play a key role in helping young people who are leaving care to develop life skills to live independently and manage their home, find somewhere to live, manage their money, access education, training and employment opportunities, develop a healthy lifestyle, sustain relationships with their family and friends, participate in hobbies, leisure and social activities, and learn how to use other services which can support them, for example a GP, mental health services, drug and alcohol services etc. The service also has its own care leaver hubs and part of your role will be to occasionally work from that hub supporting young people to develop social and emotional skills and life skills, delivering group sessions and participating in celebrator ...
