Job Description
• Manage confidential and executive matters of the company.
• Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and compile reports, documents, and presentations.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support, including meeting arrangements and filing systems.
• Liaise professionally and confidentially with management, staff, and business partners.
• Handle written communication and presentation materials.
• Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with other departments when required.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field (minimum CGPA 3.0 / Second Class Upper).
• Minimum 1 year of working experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Deadline-oriented and detail-focused.
