Your Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, website).
• Handle data entry, and monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and campaign performance.
• Plan and execute promotions and online campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment.
• Track and enhance customer experience through reviews, Q&A, and ensuring order accuracy.
