Your role:
As a Customer and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting investors, managing administrative tasks related to contracts, and meticulously tracking financial transfers and transactions.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to investor inquiries regarding ongoing real estate projects and investments.
- Ensure contracts are sent, signed, and properly filed.
- Monitor bank transfers and ensure they are completed within the set deadlines.
- Manage reservations for webinars and events aimed at investors.
- Serve as the main point of contact between investors and the company, ensuring high-quality client relationships.
