LifeTree, Inc. is now hiring for a Home Visitor in the Phoenix Metro & East Valley area. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Visitor to join our team. As a Home Visitor, you will play a crucial role in providing documentation and general paperwork support to families in need. Your primary responsibility will be to visit families in their homes and complete attendant care checks, basic ancillary services and documentation pick up. The Home Visitor will be trained to perform in-home check-ins to ensure the quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and associated service providers.
