    Job Title: E-Clinical Pharmacist Job Location: Peoria, IL, USA Job Location Type: Remote Job Contract Type: Full-time Job Seniority Level: Entry level Overview This position could offer work-from-home option that is open to those who reside in Illinois 65 miles from an OSF Hospital location which would include: Peoria, Rockford, Bloomington, Evergreen Park, Galesburg, Urbana/Danville, Alton, Dixon, Kewanee, Mendota, Ottawa/Peru. 1st and 2nd shift rotation, occasional 3rd shift coverage. Every other weekend. One Major and one Minor holiday is required to be worled. Salary range for this position is $124,592-$146,577; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The eClinical Pharmacist reviews prescriptions, obtains clarifications, analyzes drug therapy and regularly consults with medical staff, nursing personnel and others in order to coordinate delivery of high quality pharmaceutical services to OSF HealthCare patients.
