He/she will take down the policy holder’s instructions and advise the policy holder on matters ranging from Civil, Criminal, Bail, Family, Wills and Estates and Labour law. This will be done manually or electronically. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: LLB degree. 2 – 5 years’ experience in a Legal Environment. • ️ 1 - 3 years experience working in a Call Centre environment. ️ Ability to communicate effectively in two official African languages (Of which one may be proficiency in Isixhosa/Isizulu/Sesotho.
