Job Scope:
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
• Able to handle communication and customer relationships.
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software/powerpoint/Excel /generating reports and handling invoices/Delivery orders and Purchase Orders.
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage correspondence via email and Whatsapp.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers on all inquiries and quotations
