## Responsibilities
📍Leads sales team to best sell Keyfactor’s Solutions to all accounts in the Region.
📍Coach, mentor and build up direct reports. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or other AVPs. Will also interact with senior management.
📍Lead direct sellers to build up net new sales pipeline, advance that pipeline, and close pipeline.
📍Forecast expected results monthly, quarterly, and annually with accurate

📍Ability to relate to customers and understand their needs.

📍Proven track record to develop prospect pipelines while creating and accurately predicting sales forecasts.
📍Coach and implement excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, qualify, position, justify, and close deals in the Region.
