This role requires someone who can closely observe how our team operates, ask the right questions to understand key details, and translate that knowledge into comprehensive guides, SOPs, and workflow documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure that our processes are well-documented and easily transferable, allowing future team members to onboard seamlessly with minimal direct training.
