About Inherently Human Inherently Human (IH) works on human rights in businesses and supply chains. We partner with leading retailers, small and large businesses across a range of sectors in the UK and Europe to understand the gaps in their approaches to identifying and managing human rights issues in their own operations and supply chains. We work alongside our clients to develop their approach to human rights and support practical implementation through mentoring, training and coaching. We take a bespoke and pragmatic approach according to an organisation’s capacity and ambition and the supply base they are working with. Our team is a small yet mighty one.
