We operate in the deep sub-prime lending space, where our borrowers are often behind on payments. This is not your average collections job. Here, the challenges are real—but so is the impact you can make.
We’re shifting away from voice-based work and moving toward text and email-based collections, using our CRM and digital communication platforms. Your ability to read people, write clearly, and stay composed under pressure will matter more than any degree or resume.
This is a remote role, but you must be available to work during Central Time (CT) business hours.
