Hood Container Corporation is seeking an experienced Payroll and HRIS Manager to oversee payroll operations and HRIS systems in an organization of 2,500+ employees. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, managing system integrity, leading a small team, and delivering process improvements. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of both non-union and union payroll, as well as our HRIS platform (ADP), and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred • 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll • Proven experience managing HRIS systems, preferably ADP; experience with ADP Workforce Now or Essential Time preferred • Experience supporting a multi-state, multi-location organization with 500+ employees • Experience with union payroll processing • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and audit procedures • High level of att ...
