Evolution Tax & Legal is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Paralegal or law clerk to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, fully remote position for a true professional who can independently manage and assist in the drafting and setup of estate plans (simple and complex) and corporate law (including business formations, dissolutions, mergers, conversions, purchases, sales and business to business agreements) with minimal oversight. You will work directly with our founding attorney and be an integral part of the firm’s corporate and estate planning operations. What You'll Do Independently draft and build out estate planning documents, including: • Revocable Living Trusts • Wills • Powers of Attorney • Advanced Health Care Directives • Irrevocable Trusts (e.g., GRATs, ILITs, SLATs) Form and structure legal entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships) and prepare related documentation: • Articles of Incorporation/Organization • Bylaws and Operating Agreem ...
