The Level 2-3 Engineer role is a generalized support role, working closely with two IT Engineers in Australia. The role will entail a mixture of dealing with automated tickets via RMM and client-initiated tickets. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide desktop, server, network and cloud infrastructure support to various clients. Technical areas covered will include operating systems, applications, Cyber Security, switches, routers, managed services, scripting, log analysis and vulnerability management.
