We are on the lookout for a Technical Interviewer with hands-on experience in technology delivery and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, support operations, and broader technical functions. This role is key to evaluating candidates based on real-world scenarios, technical depth, and role-specific competencies. You will also play a part in shaping interview criteria and ensuring consistency in technical evaluation across Dijital Team. Responsibilities • Conduct technical interviews for candidates across a variety of technical roles, starting with infrastructure support and expanding into other areas as needed (e.g., cloud, Systems Admin, Support Operations (L1–L3), and Network Engineers) • Review and research job descriptions in advance to tailor interview content • Evaluate candidate capabilities across areas such as: • System administration & troubleshooting (Windows/Linux) • Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft 365 sec ...
