What you'll be doing
• Own and maintain the SKU creation and update process, including documentation of SOPs, coordination of setup timelines, and ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot bugs or integration issues, working closely with internal teams or external partners as needed.
• Support the E-commerce Manager in executing merchandising strategies, product launches, and ongoing optimization work.
• Manage and update product, category, and content pages, ensuring all information is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
• Track and coordinate progress across E-commerce initiatives, keeping workflows structured, timelines on track, and stakeholders aligned.
• Conduct basic reporting on site metrics and provide insights and suggestions.
