Main Responsibilities: • Assist new sellers in registering and setting up their online store. • Ensure proper documentation is submitted and verified. • Guide sellers on policies, tools, and processes. • Monitor the progress of seller onboarding KPIs. • Provide basic training or coordinate training sessions for sellers. • Liaise with category managers or sales teams for seller-related matters. • Handle seller queries via email, chat, or calls. • Update and maintain onboarding reports and dashboards.
