Key responsibilities often include:
• Sourcing and Screening:Actively searching for qualified candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking, and then screening resumes and applications to identify top talent.
• Candidate Engagement:Conducting interviews, building relationships with candidates, and providing updates on the hiring process.
• Collaboration:Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a good fit between candidates and roles.
• Talent Management:Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and providing recommendations for candidate placement.
• Compliance:Adhering to legal and company policies related to recruitment and hiring.
QULAIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 2 years US recruitment experience
• Willing to work on night shift in BGC Taguig
• Immediate joiners are preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Technical Skills (ex. ATS, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
