Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to manage the day to day property management administration tram, consisting of one on one and team coaching as well as inducting new starters The Team Leader is also responsible in managing reporting on the productivity and business key performance metrics. Key Functions (a) Provide 1:1 coaching and direct day to day management and support of the Investment Management team. (b) in conjunction with the Network Investment Management Operations Manager, coordinate the weekly team meeting to ensure the team are on track for the week.
