We’re looking for a driven, curious, and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help grow our shipping business. As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines—reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our services, and setting up conversations that drive revenue and long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and reach out to small and mid-sized businesses that need international shipping solutions
Introduce leads to our platform and explain how our services solve their logistics challenges
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with our sales or operations teams
Follow up consistently with prospects via email, phone, and chat
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handoffs and great customer experiences
Track activity and progress in our CRM, and continuously improve outreach based on what works
