As we expand our client base, we're looking for a committed full-time Paralegal & Compliance Executive who can take ownership of PDPA documentation and compliance workflows across multiple projects. What You'll Do • Draft, review, and finalise PDPA compliance documents such as privacy policies, data protection agreements, and contracts • Ensure all compliance paperwork for clients is complete, accurate, and up to date • Conduct legal research on Singapore’s PDPA laws and best practices • Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure timely document delivery and revisions • Track document versions, maintain logs, and manage renewal schedules • Provide pre-sales support with sample templates and respond to compliance-related inquiries • Collaborate with our IT support team to align security documentation with compliance requirement ...
