JOB SCOPE: 1. Website & Online Platform Support • Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms such as Shopee / Lazada / TikTok / Facebook • Assist in updating product listings on the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada). • Check product descriptions, images, and pricing for accuracy. • Report any website errors or issues (e.g., broken links, missing images) to the Supervisor or Manager. 2. Order Tracking & Coordination • Monitor online orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely dispatch. • Follow up with couriers or delivery partners for delayed orders. • Update customers on order status if required. 3.
