We at Assist Mobility are a family run company looking to welcome a full time Customer Service representative for our E-Commerce websites. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by improving the quality of life for customers who are less fortunate, with the benefit of working from home.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Customer Interaction - Engage with customers over the phone and via email, ensuring a friendly and patient approach
• Order Management - Accurately take orders over the phone and enter them onto our software system. Also payment/management of invoices
• Organisational Skills - Manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating excellent context-switching abilities
• Written communication - Communicate effectively via email with strong writing skills when dealing with our customers and suppliers
• Innovation and improvement - Show a willingness to learn and challenge existing processes by contributing new ideas to enhance the overall customer experience
