Their Alternatives Division carries out work with Pubs, restaurants, healthcare providers, nurseries and care homes
A relatively new team, they have grown from 0 to 7 members within a couple of years and now can boast of having a nationwide presence. This role will be adding to that by catering for a gap they have in the East Midlands, Noth London, East Anglia and South Yorkshire areas.
You will have some experience of trading valuations and be RICS accredited. Ideally you will have license & leisure valuation experience.
They are currently doing work for Lloyds, Barclays, VAS and other challenger banks but also are developing business with lawyers and private clients.
