Role Description Amplify is seeking an English Language Arts (ELA) Content and Instructional Specialist to help develop and review core curricular materials for students. Our small, highly collaborative team develops lessons that bring rich, standards-aligned domains of knowledge into ELA classrooms, using those domains to engage students, build literacy skills, and develop those skills into close, careful reading; writing, speaking, and listening for diverse audiences and purposes; and pursuing a deep curiosity about the world. To do this, we need people who “get” both text and students, who are ready to think creatively about critical literacy skills, who possess a deep understanding of standards-aligned instruction, and who have an impeccable eye for detail.
