Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a FRENCH/ENGLISH Speaker Customer Service/Call Center / Remote job in Miami, FL. This position is a Long Temp opportunity.
The FRENCH/ENGLISH Customer Service/Call Center will be the point of contact with our customers, from the simple answer to the company switchboard, to the most complex assistance activities, both in the pre-sale phase and subsequently.
We intervene at all levels with highly specialized personnel: from the development of the business relationship on acquired customers and prospects to the management of the most complex after-sales assistance services, both in the wholesale, e-commerce, and retail sectors.
Requirements:
