Description: • Sourcing Supervisor’s key responsibilities include: managing the sourcing team members and ensuring the delivery of the high quality destination presentation. The destination presentation is the end result of the sourcing process and the Sourcing Supervisor will ensure the destination presentation includes correct data, financial reporting, and all available hotel options in the market place. • Oversee, review and sign off (final approval) on the destination presentation(s)from the Sourcing Manager • Monitor, review and ensure the sourcing process and SOPs are followed to allow the best end results. If/when it is not being followed make modifications to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Coach and counsel direct reports on Sourcing’s key policies. • Research and evaluate long list and suggest hotels to include and/or target for additional negotiations. • Responsible for examining the destination presentation(s) for accuracy of hotel information. • Must ensure collected ho ...
