KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and maintain the backend of our e-commerce website (e.g., product listings, content updates, troubleshooting). • Ensure the website is secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly. • Collaborate with internal teams to keep content and pricing accurate. • Learn and operate within our internal DMS to manage documentation and workflows. • Monitor site performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience. • Work with third-party developers or IT support when needed. • Analyse website metrics and provide reports and insights for optimisation. Requirements • Proven experience managing websites and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) • Strong technical knowledge of website back ends and CMS platforms. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently. • Quick learner with the ability to pick up internal tools and systems, including DMS software • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic unders ...
