Customer Service Representative in Glass Projects Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented professional to join our sales team. This is a temporary position lasting one to three months, focused on providing exceptional customer service in the sales of glass projects. The schedule is three hours per day, five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
Organize and conduct virtual meetings with clients via Google Meet to present services, discuss projects, and address concerns.
Provide detailed information about glass products and services, including doors, windows, storefronts, and custom railings.
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Record and follow up on requests, orders, or quotes in the internal system.
