Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Amazon Listing Optimization Specialist to manage and enhance our product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO principles, and marketplace best practices. This role is critical for driving visibility, improving rankings, and maximizing conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Optimization
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant search terms.
• Ensure product listings are aligned with Amazon's SEO guidelines and best practices.
• Use A/B testing to refine content and images for improved performance.
Visual Content Management
• Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to ensure high-quality product images and videos.
• Implement enhanced brand content (A+ Content) and storefront improvements to drive customer engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor listing performance, sales trends, and conversion rates using Amazon Seller Central and other tools.
• Generate and present detailed reports on listing metrics and optimization efforts.
• Analyze competitor listings and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance and Troubleshooting
• Ensure all listings comply with Amazon policies and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, such as suppressed or inactive listings.
• Stay updated on Amazon’s policy changes and implement adjustments as necessary.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience managing and optimizing Amazon product listings.
• Proven track record of improving sales and ranking through listing optimization.
• Skills:
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and related tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and data analysis.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple product listings simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Amazon advertising (PPC) and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Shopify).
• Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces.
