Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and enhance our clients' online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies, optimize product listings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales growth. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and optimize clients' e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. Implement best practices for user experience to enhance customer satisfaction and drive conversions. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with broader marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives. Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve sales and customer engagement. Content Management: Ensure product descriptions, images, and other digital content are compelling and up-to-date. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business objectives, provide updates, and offer recommendations for e-commerce enhancements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role within a digital marketing agency. Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada and etc Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics to interpret data and drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
