About Our Client
Our client is an AM Law 100 firm headquartered in Washington DC, with offices around the world.
This role will be hybrid of 2 days on site in their DC office.
Job Description
• Oversee the design and development of the firm's e-learning programs and courses.
• Conduct end user trainings and orientations on a variety of IT topics.
• Partner with IT to develop trainings for lawyers and other staff.
• Utilize the LMS and other programs to write out new curriculum.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience ideally within a law firm (or other professional services organization).
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Ability to work cross functionally and be a great communicator.
• Experience with instructional design.
