E-Learning Tech Specialist

• Growing IT team at global law firm • Seeking experienced Education and Technology Specialist About Our Client Our client is an AM Law 100 firm headquartered in Washington DC, with offices around the world. This role will be hybrid of 2 days on site in their DC office. Job Description • Oversee the design and development of the firm's e-learning programs and courses. • Conduct end user trainings and orientations on a variety of IT topics. • Partner with IT to develop trainings for lawyers and other staff. • Utilize the LMS and other programs to write out new curriculum. The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5+ years of relevant experience ideally within a law firm (or other professional services organization). • Experience with learning management systems. • Ability to work cross functionally and be a great communicator. • Experience with instructional design.
