Job Description: As a UI/UX and Packaging Graphics Designer at Emerald Marketing, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces as well as designing packaging that captures consumer attention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to bring concepts to life from initial wireframes to final designs. Key Responsibilities: • UI/UX Design: • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly... illustrate functionality and design concepts. • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize user experience. • Packaging Design: • Create compelling packaging designs that align with brand identity and appeal to target consumers. • Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for packaging, including labels, boxes, and other packaging materials. • Work closely with the product team to ensure packaging design meets functional and regulatory requirements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in packaging design. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Packaging Graphics Designer or similar role. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent. • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and packaging design work. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX design. • Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and functional designs. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and regulatory requirements (a plus). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in branding and identity design. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development (a plus). • Understanding of motion graphics and interaction design.
