As part of the businesses substantial growth over the last six years, we are looking at filling a role like no other. Think Administrative Assistant cross Customer Service Extraordinaire. The purpose of this role is to assist with in-bound enquiries, contact interested leads, assist toward the business growth and the company directors.
This role will provide high quality administrative support to the Directors and management team, and at times, other members of the team. This role will anticipate, organise and coordinate workflow through email and calendar management, prepare and manage correspondence, take minutes in key meetings, provide excellent customer service to members and... non-members, be one of the first points of contact for the business perform follow ups on visits, make business recommendations and prioritise opportunities.
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience in a similar position with Tasks including:
· Customer Service
· Telephone experience
· Calendar and email management
· Liaising with Customers
· Scanning and electronic filing
· General Administration
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in providing high level administrative support and display the following:
· Highly professional individual, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask, project manage and meet deadlines
· Ability to work independently, proactively and displaying initiative
· Previous experience as an assistant, administrative experience or customer service based role is highly favoured upon
· A highly resourceful team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to identify and lead improvements & efficiencies
· Strong computer literacy skills with the capacity to work within data management and booking software systems and the Microsoft Office 365 suite
· Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of team
