Overview
This position is essential for supporting the company's content and merchandising initiatives, particularly the Weekly Digest development. Working directly with the Editorial team, this role ensures seamless integration of product content while maintaining the high standards expected in luxury e-commerce presentation.
In Short
• Partner with Editorial team to develop and publish weekly Digest
• Upload Trunkshow content as needed
• Maintain evergreen editorial curations
• Add new arrivals weekly
• Manage homepage content scheduling
• Create editorial landing pages
• Report on campaign performance
• Monitor KPIs across web pages
• Identify A/B testing opportunities
• Work remotely with a reliable internet connection
Requirements
• 1+ year experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in meeting deadlines consistently
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Tech-savvy mindset with ability to adapt to various platforms
• Degree in fashion, design, or fine arts (nice to have)
• Background in photography or the arts (nice to have)
• Experience supporting e-commerce or retail companies (nice to have)
• Familiarity with ZenDesk CRM platform (nice to have)
