Job Details Work Schedule: 5 days a week Location: Remote, Bengaluru Compensation: ₹30 LPA to ₹65 LPA + ESOPs Experience: 4+ years Required Skills: Java/Springboot , SQL (postgresql) and any other backend frameworks. You will work on building end to end backend services towards meeting our product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and product teams Be the primary driver in improving overall backend and infra architecture of the product Owning everything tech on entire backend team Ensuring security (as we work with critical financial data transactions of millions of dollars) of the platform Mentor other backend devs Improve our backend development process. for eg, improving code review process, deployment process.. Ensure that we maintain a culture of collaboration, growth mindset and high performance What will make you succeed in this role ?
