Job Title: Web and Design Gig Agent (30% Commission) Type: Contract-Based Commission: 30% commission on each successful gig secured. Objective: To source, negotiate, and secure freelance or remote gigs in UI/UX design, web development, brand identity design, and logo design for the employer, earning a 30% commission per successful deal. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and secure design-related gigs, including UI/UX design, web development, logo creation, and brand identity projects. 2. Negotiate project details, timelines, and rates to secure high-value gigs. 3. Stay updated on trends in design, branding, and web development to identify in-demand skills and projects. 4. Share progress reports on outreach, leads, and finalized deals with the employer. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in freelance job hunting, sales, or client acquisition (design-focused experience is a plus). 2. Knowledge of the design and tech industries, including UI/UX, branding, and web development trends. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach. 4. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. 5. A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a focus on results.
