Quality and Governance Co-ordinator – Remote Services
Locations: Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester, M50 3SP
Hybrid working (home /office)
Role Type: Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours
Working hours: Evening and Weekend work is required on a rota basis
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Fantastic benefits

The role
The Quality and Governance Coordinator plays a vital role to the Remote Service support function, delivering seamless administration, efficient operation support and continuous improvement initiatives. This role directly assists Service Delivery, Operations, and Team Managers, contributing to the optimal functionality of governance, customer listening... and quality framework throughout the department.
How you'll help to make health happen
• Coordinate and administer right of access requests: subject access requests, medical report request and transfer of records.
• Contact customers, as a representative of Bupa Remote Services, to close the loop on feedback received following their appointment(s)
• Assist service managers in compiling, organising, and managing data related to quality, risk, and governance.
• Support the management, organisation, and retrieval of service documents, records, and reports.
• Assist teams in logging incidents, allocating investigators, and compiling initial investigation findings.
• Assist with logging complaints, categorising them appropriately, assign investigators according to organisational structure, and support case administration.
• Create purchase orders and receipt invoices, ensuring accurate financial transactions and adherence to organisational financial instructions.
• Coordinate and communicate clinician induction schedules.
• Provide administrative support related to coordinating, documenting, and communicating new services and third-party governance activities.
• You will work collaboratively with: Governance, Quality and Risk Team, Clinical team and support functions and External organisations: regulators, customers, suppliers, and partners.

Qualifications, Training & Experience:
Essential
•Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
•GCSE Level or equivalent.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
•Good numeric skills.
•Previous administrative and secretarial experience.
•High degree of energy, drive, and enthusiasm.
•Experience of managing databases and working with PowerBI
Desirable
•A sound working knowledge of Bupa's products and processes.
•Project management experience
•Formal Microsoft Excel and / or Power BI training
•Experience in administration of regulatory applications and management •Experience in Clinical audit management
