Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Female Data Entry Operator to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain accurate product information across our online platforms, ensuring consistency and clarity for a smooth customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter, update, and manage product details, including descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels, across e-commerce platforms. • Conduct regular data audits to maintain accuracy and consistency across all listings. • Coordinate with internal teams to gather up-to-date information on new or existing products and implement updates as required. • Optimize product listings by incorporating relevant keywords and ensuring appropriate categorization. • Monitor product listings to resolve discrepancies or errors in a timely manner. • Generate regular reports on product performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement and sales. • Maintain compliance with company guidelines and e-commerce best practices for product listing management. Requirements: • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and organization. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. • Basic knowledge of SEO and product optimization techniques is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or e-commerce are an asset.
