We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast fashion e-commerce team!
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to handle customer service for our online-only clothing brand. This is a long-term position with exciting growth opportunities for candidates who demonstrate dedication and deliver excellent results.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
Shopify
Customer service platforms
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media channels
Handle order-related issues, including tracking, returns, and exchanges
Update and maintain customer service records in our system
Provide product information and support to ensure an excellent shopping experience
Collaborate with the team to resolve escalated issues efficiently

Applicant requirements:
Fluent in written and verbal English with strong communication skills
Prior experience in e-commerce customer service, preferably on Shopify

Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
Immediate availability to start
Willingness to participate in weekly calls as needed
