Qualifications: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and troubleshoot new technologies. • Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service. • Ability to work independently from a home office setup. • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus. • Familiarity with Apple products is preferred.
