About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of our Amazon business. If you have a passion for e-commerce, proven expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, and a results-oriented mindset, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a Full-Time remote position.
We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager specifically with these requirements:
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience managing Seller Central accounts, including FBA and FBM
• Proficiency in Amazon PPC, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and external marketing strategies
• Strong skills in analyzing Seller Central reports and performance metrics
• Ability to forecast demand, track inventory, and coordinate FBA shipments
• Experience managing customer feedback, inquiries, and reviews to maintain high satisfaction
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
• Oversee day-to-day Seller Central operations, ensuring compliance and optimal account health
• Create and enhance product listings, conducting keyword research to improve rankings
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotions, optimizing for ROI
• Track stock levels, forecast demand, and manage shipping schedules
• Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Explore new products, market expansion, and pricing strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights through regular reports
