Contract Term: 12-18 Months

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement optimization strategies for our e-commerce stores, ensuring a seamless user experience that maximizes conversions.
• Develop and implement digital solutions to elevate the online shopping journey, including automated marketing integrations, funnel creation and user experience optimization.
• Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint and address areas for e-commerce improvement.
• Conduct and analyze A/B tests as part of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to implement customer-centric e-commerce strategies and updates.
• Proactively monitor and adjust e-commerce performance based on real-time data.
• Address and resolve e-commerce challenges promptly.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Analyze data from our campaigns, optimizing for improved conversion rates and revenue growth.
Education & Certifications
• A university or college degree in Marketing, Business, or a equivalent experience
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related disciplines are a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2- years of hands-on experience in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including digital campaigns, email marketing, conversion optimization, and more.
• Ability to Execute rigorous A/B testing and analyzing customer behaviors to optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage.
• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Experience working in and optimizing Google Merchant Center.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns with tangible results.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving
