Customer Service Inbound Call Basic: RM2000 (not include allowances) Allowances: • Transport allowances: RM200 • PFP allowances: RM300 - RM400++ • Technical allowances: RM250 • Shift allowances: RM60 Others: • EPF, Sosco, EIS, • AL, EL, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Allowances and ETC • Panel Clinic Location: Bangsar (Near LRT Kerinchi) Working Hours: 8am-10pm (3 Rotate Shift) Job Description: • Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in providing service information and enquiries, complaints and feedback are attended promptly in professional manner. • Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel • To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system. • Responsible to ensure customer’s satisfaction in form of courteous and prompt service and update customers with accurate information. • Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers. • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, build better customer experience. Adhere strictly to the contact center standards operating procedures and guidelines. • Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor. Requirement: • Minimum SPM and above • Able to work IMMEDIATELY • Able to work in SHIFT • Able to speak ENGLISH & MALAY • POTENTIAL TO WORK FROM HOME AFTER 3 MONTH* | FULLY PAID ON TRAINING* #cwvads Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Maternity leave Schedule: • Afternoon shift • Day shift • Evening shift • Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay • Performance bonus Work Location: In person
