Role Overview:
Nina Wynn is in search of an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a robust background in Shopify and e-commerce. With at least 5 years in the e-commerce space, you will spearhead our efforts to boost online marketing and drive significant sales growth across our Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Business to Business (B2B) channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shopify Platform Mastery: Apply your advanced skills in Shopify to manage and optimize site content and functionality. Implement and supervise the integration of Shopify apps and plugins to augment e-commerce capabilities.
• Advanced Website Editing and UX Design: Lead website design updates and enhancements using your editing skills and knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid language. Ensure a seamless and adaptive user experience across all platforms.
• Shopify App and Template Customization: Continuously evaluate and customize Shopify templates, apps, JSON, and Liquid code to enhance site functionality and user interaction, keeping up with the latest Shopify innovations.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop and execute strategies for analyzing website traffic and user behavior to boost conversion rates using A/B testing and user testing methodologies.
• Email Marketing: Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices. Klaviyo experience is a plus.
• SEO Strategy and Execution: Craft and execute SEO strategies that align with Shopify content management to maximize organic search traffic and visibility.
• Performance Metrics and Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to regularly track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary technical liaison for any Shopify platform issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Shopify or in the e-commerce sector, with substantial expertise in digital marketing.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify's Liquid code; comfortable with editing Shopify templates, JSON, and Liquid code.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with a proven track record of enhancing online sales.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of leading projects and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with acute problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
