Student Recruitment Manager

We recruit British students for British universities. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated student recruitment Manager to join our team in Lahore, or may be remote. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping the future of students through effective admission strategies and excellent service. Key Responsibilities: · Admission Process Management: Oversee the entire admissions process, from inquiry to final enrolment, ensuring all students are provided with accurate, timely information. · Student Engagement: Respond to prospective student inquiries, guide them through the admission process, and provide personalized assistance to enhance the overall student experience. · Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement recruitment strategies, increase visibility, and promote the institution’s programs to prospective students and their families. · Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on admissions trends, performance metrics, and potential challenges to senior management. · Orientation & Onboarding: Organize orientation sessions and help new students with the onboarding process to ensure they feel welcomed and integrated into the institution. Key Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. · Minimum 3 year experience in admissions or student services. · Track record of success in sales environment, desirably in Higher Education · Sales and convincing skills are very important for this roll. · Excellent communication skills in English. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. · A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping students succeed. Preferred Skills: Experience working in higher education or educational institutions. Leads conversion and convincing power will be consider an additional quality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
