Job Title: Product Manager Location: Hybrid, UK - with option of Bristol/London Office Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience About Us OKKO Health is a seed-stage digital health start-up at the forefront of remote vision monitoring, dedicated to improving patient eye-health outcomes through innovative solutions. We deliver Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) that meets the needs of both healthcare providers and patients. We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development and to ensure our offerings align with market demands, user needs, and regulatory requirements. In this role, you’ll shape the future of OKKO’s product suite, helping us commercialse and drive positive change in patient care. Job Description The Product Manager will oversee OKKO’s product vision whilst we expand into international markets (USA & Europe), our roadmap, and development, balancing day-to-day hands-on product delivery with strategic oversight. This role requires... working closely with the Sales, Tech, Data, and Regulatory teams to define product strategy, ensuring features align with both company goals and market needs. You’ll own the full product lifecycle, from analysis of research provided by the Sales team, ideation, through to release, user feedback, and iteration - helping us deliver impactful, user-centred products. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and customer needs. • Lead high-level product strategy, informed by market analysis provided by our Sales team, user insights, and regulatory requirements. • Define clear problem statements based on user and market needs, translating these into actionable product requirements. • Manage the product/feature backlog and oversee the delivery of features on time and within budget. • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable product requirements and oversee their execution. • Conduct user research and analyse product and user data to prioritise features that deliver high impact both commercially and for users. • Develop and maintain feedback loops with users, iterating on features based on insights. • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, collaborating with Sales and Customer Support to update the product roadmap based on feedback. • Some travel to international territories will be required to support company goals. Qualifications Essential • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management related role. • Strong background in digital health, start-up environments, or regulated industries. • Familiarity with Software and preferably Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). • Strong experience with product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. • Proven ability to gather and analyse user and market data to shape and prioritise features. • Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs based on cross-functional requirements • Skilled in user research and hypothesis testing, including A/B testing. Desirable • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. • Experience with data-driven decision-making and user insight integration by utilising product and user analytics tools such as Mixpanel. • Practical experience with product management tools like Jira, or similar.
