Implementation Manager, Asset Management and Capital Planning Software

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of our DOT™ asset management and investment planning software. This role involves leading the implementation process, conducting client workshops, managing data integrations, writing technical memos, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, extensive GIS and database management skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure management standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a highly skilled team of implementation specialists, tracking projects from initial setup to completion ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance with industry standards. • Work alongside clients and cross-functional teams to drive project success and maintain high standards of service. • Write clear and concise technical memos and documentation to communicate project statuses, technical details, and guidelines both internally and with clients. • Collaborate with clients to customize software configurations based on their specific infrastructure management and capital planning needs. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Geographic Information Systems, or a related field. • Demonstrated experience in implementing software solutions, particularly in the fields of asset management and capital planning. • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure management standards and data collection/inspection methodologies. • Proficiency in GIS data analysis and relational databases. • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting detailed technical documentation and memos. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Understanding of SaaS environments and cloud technologies.
