Compensation
-Located in the United States.
-Part time position, starting pay at $30/hr with 15-20 hours commitment per week required.
-E-commerce experience REQUIRED, specifically working in Shopify and Gorgias. Other platforms used: ShipStation, Loop Returns.
-Commitment to learning different facets of a business. This relates to understanding the business's mission and how it operates. As well as being educated on individual product details such materials used, styles, sizes and colors.
-Ability to handle a high volume of customer service inquiries ranging from product questions, assist with return/exchanges, communicate any order updates as needed. Currently averaging roughly 200 email inquiries a week, which will only rapidly increase as we approach Q4 and early Q1.
- Strong written skills, specifically with email.
-Ability to communicate cross functionally with our warehouse team to update on any order changes.
-Independent worker who can be relied on to manage Customer Service requests.
-Organization skills to stay up to date each day/week with a variety of problems that will occur.
-Accessible to be able to assist with other business urgent problems as needed.
-Positive attitude, Open minded, and willingness to learn.
